Insulin syringes are by prescription only which is wild because neither Walmart or Walgreens are like that. Then the dude at the pharmacy refused to check me out (2 items) and told me I could get taken care of up front. I totally understand being bound by policy and that’s not on him however the lack of general customer service is. Do better.

CVS always had great deals and prices on their products. If you join the Care plan, you only pay $5.00 a month, but you receive $10.00 in free products. You can also save more money by purchasing CVS products. That will give you an extra 20% off; who wouldn't love these savings? Don't forget to look on the app to find more deals and coupons to add to your car,d which are attached to your phone number. It's a win-win situation!!

I never like to leave a bad review, but honestly was shocked at the look I got at the register and service! Not only was I given the nastiest look, because I put the basket on the counter took my keys and my phone out of the basket, so the lady could proceed to ring them up, but the lady just stood there?! She then said, I was waiting for you to take the items out of the basket?! What difference does it make, if she took them from the basket to the bag or counter to bag, neither would have saved time, plus the basket was taken behind the register anyway! No need to create problems where there aren’t any!! Jfc!

Terrible service and terrible app….took 3 hours to get 1 prescription done…and all the notifications I actually received were even correct…they treat you like you an aggravation to them…we as patients pay all this money for doctors care and they make you feel like you owe them something…absolutely changing pharmacies

I went there tonight. Sat in drive thru for like 20 min. Behind another car. Got up to window and thepharmacy closed. Sat there not knowing this because they are suppose be open 24/7 and my niece needed her meds. So a total of almost 25/30 min. Waisted and we live 13 miles out of town. WTH This is a Wed. Night and it was before 9 pm? For the most part i go there for the 24 hr. Just a sugestion they should post a sign on window or on line they are closing early, something???

The young lady working at 5:20 p today needs some work skills instilled. She's just sitting off besides the register . As soon as I left to get my replacement item she say back down. You don't sit on the job where customers can see u scrolling all in your phone.

Cvs is a joke they filled my wife's prescriptions and refused to give them to her after. They are rude. I recommend never going here. They are only a reflection of the store! What a terrible place of service!

Sign says that they are open 24 hours. My son needed a prescription for antibiotics filled so the hospital called the prescription in to CVS around 3:30 AM. They were closed when we got there 15 minutes later. He had to drive back to Cape Girardeau which is 20 miles away from our house and pick it up later.

If you go inside the pharmacy makes you wait until there is no one in the drive through. Pointed this out to the pharmacist and he threatened to not fill my prescription till I lost my attitude.

It's NEVER ok to just switch manufacturers of a prescription that a person has been takeing successfully for 10 years without contacting the person first. It's very dangerous! No, it's not the exact same pill, and no it doesn't work the same, regardless of cvs saying it is. The customer service has deteriorated tremendously over the last couple years.

CVS Pharmacy in Cape doesn’t care about the well-being and safety of their workers.Feb. 18th around 5:45 I went in to get a few things and saw a lady get escorted out. The manager (who escorted her out) did not stay, he left as soon as she got to her car. My mom stated she was crying in her car and someone was blocking her in. We were parked right next to her.Apparently she was a worker that had raised her voice at a VIOLENT customer out of her own safety!. This customer proceeded yell at her and threatened to follow her home and get her family to do horrible things to her. The manager of the establishment kept telling her (the worker) to leave but the lady blocking her in was threatening to beat her up and more and there was no way the worker could leave. The law was called by this timeThe two workers in the front of the store were laughing, one was brunette, tall and had a nose piercing. The other had black hair, bangs and glasses. One stated “I dont get paid enough for this” and was absolutely disrespectful to this girl that was just trying to get off work.She seemed so frightened and hurt. And this hurt my mom and I because I’ve had a similar situation happen to myself. This has left a bad impact on me and I really do not want to return.

I called after trying to refill my meds through the app and it saying my med was inactive even though it had two refills left. The man who answered the phone said it was canceled because my doctor put in a 90 day script instead. Okay, got a text later saying it was ready. Went this pharmacy the next day after an appointment with the same doctor with no changes, and the lady at the pharmacy window said she had nothing for me. I called and asked about it as I need to take this med consistently and they said I cannot trust the texts because they are automated, even though I had talked to a person already who said it would be ready later the day before. This isn't the first problem I have had there.
