We rolled into town from Texas with a concern on our journey to the NCM in Bowling Green. One of our group members noticed while following us that we had an issue with something hanging from the rear side of the car. The challenge was we arrived at the dealership 30 minutes before closing. They took our Corvette into ER and put it on the rack and quickly diagnosed that we had lost one of our rear braking track package deflector. So no serious issue. The team reacted quickly and took very good care of us. I would say they went well above and beyond. Thank you Jessie, the Service Manager and the Coad team.

I usually get my truck serviced at Coad Chevrolet in Cape Girardeau. Today is the 2nd time I've been quoted one price only to have the final bill increased by several hundred dollars. As far as the work done, I have no complaints. It seems to me they have a habit of low balling the quote to get you in the door then dropping the boom on you.

I would like to thank Coad for making the purchase of a pre-owned vehicle very pleasant and easy. Our salesman and loan officer were both very professional and communicated clearly. The salesman even took the time and helped my mother pair her phone to the system and showed her how to work everything. I highly recommend Coad Dealership.

I contacted Coad Chevrolet in Cape regarding getting my daughters car repaired. The lady that answered the phone asked what the problem was and for the VIN. I explained what was going with the car and I gave her the VIN number, she informed me that someone from the service department would call me back. When the service department returned the call, the employee was very rude and informed me that the car had a salvaged title, had been wrecked several times, and that it would cost me a lot of money for him to even look at it. He also informed me that he would have to correct everything wrong that had previously been done. He was very rude and basically didn’t want to service my daughters car. I informed him that first of all he must have been given the wrong VIN number. My daughters did not have a salvaged title and has never been wrecked. I also informed him that they would never get my business and that he was very rude/unprofessional. I then hung up on him!

Disappointing experience with the service department. They charged us for reading a engine light code, stated they were unable to read the code, and refused to reimburse the fee. They had our vehicle three different times within weeks. Ended up spending over $1600 and still have codes show up in the vehicle.

My mother and I went with the intention of buying a new car that day for myself. We had talked with Doug and had test drove a new Trailblazer. They did not have the one I wanted so Doug was going to try to trade one of theirs with another dealership to get the one I wanted. Doug then proceeded to tell me that since I am young and fresh out of nursing school, that I basically could not afford a new car and didn’t need to rush it (we had not ran numbers nor have we talked about my price range AT ALL). Doug did not want to sell us a car that day and was extremely rude and disrespectful to both of us. I will never recommend Coad Chevy to anyone because of him.
