I bet I tried on over 45 pair of jeans and I ended up with 2 of the best fitting jeans ever! Very impressed with the friendliest of the staff, how clean and organized everything was, and the quality/great designs! Will definitely be going back!!!! Oh and an extra bonus they do free hemming when you buy a pair of jeans;-)”

“I have had nothing but fantastic experiences in the Imagine That store in the Cape mall. The owner of these stores, there are 3 in the mall that are sister companies, is a great lady. She went out of her way to not only locate merchandise for me but she actually went to her St. Louis location and got the item after calling to have it held for me and then brought in to the Cspe store for me to pick up. Very accommodating to say the least. The girls in Imagine That are helpful but not pushy and I haven't ever felt any kind of negativity in there BUT I do not shop in the Hello Gorgeous store because the girls in there look down their noses at you. It's uncomfortable and very unprofessional. I'm sure they don't do it in front of the owner cuz she would not allow it. Just a guess by the way she treated me more than once. Those young girls in the HG store have a whole lot to learn about sales and customer service. I have been in there twice and there was about a 6 month span between visits and it was the same both times. I just stick yo shopping at Imagine That where the girls are very nice and do their jobs properly. A+ for the Imagine That store and all of the employees plus the owner but the HG store, I steer clear. I don't go shopping to end my day feeling self conscious or with my self esteem crushed and I doubt anyone else does either.”

“I needed last minute help to find a suit for my husband and we were 5 hours from home. Fortunately this place was mentioned to me by a local resident, but was told they were very pricey, however they had high quality menswear and helped us find the perfect suit in a pinch. It was last minute, but didn't look like it.”

“Always, fun and the ladies are always accommodating. If you love Brighton they have some and if they don't have what you want they will get it for you. Remember always shop local. They also have clothing that you can't find in other shops. I just wished I lived closer. We don't have a shop like this at home.”

“I stopped my American Eagle Outfitters at the mall in Cape Girardeau, MO. I don't regularly shop there but they had clearance signs in the window so I figured I'd check it out. The store isself was inviting but the sales staff was not very attentive. I walked around a bit to see if anyone would approach me bit no one ever did. I was shopping for jeans. It wasn't too busy as they had just opened the doors. I hadn't intended on making a purchase when I went in and I did indeed walk away empty handed. Step up your game, sales people. 😉 Overall though, it was a nice store and the staff seemed nice as well, but they were not as excited about selling as I imagines they would be. In this case...I did need help about fit and such because I need to update my wardrobe. I did have questions.”
