Jaime is so attentive to detail and really listens to what we are looking for, cost etc. Each time we’ve booked with her, she has given us several choices to choose from and all choices include what we have told her we’re interested in. She gives suggestions when asked, but has never been pushy or demanding and that is so much appreciated. Elite Travel is the best and Jaime is amazing. We highly recommend them and in fact, will be contacting Jaime soon to help us book the biggest vacation we’ve ever had! A+++++”

“I'm sure the multitude of those who have given this business a 5 star and raving reviews will agree that the very few reviews you have read that claim these folks are dishonest are more than often the ones who chose to break their contracts by either smoking/toking in the vehicle, damaged the vehicle, returned it not fueled back up, ECT. I myself deal with the public with a similar type of company and it's always the ones who break the rules and upset over the contractual consequences that followed. I for one know people like this will lie straight to your face they didn't do it, even though the evidence is right in their face. I think it's awful that some people can't just be decent and honest as the Ochs are and quit trying to ruin a repeatable business because they can't just be get their own priorities straight and do what they sign contract to. I've used Ochs Rent a Car for years and have never had a problem. I would recommend this business to everyone. VERY DEPENDABLE, not like the other local rentals who have more than many times left people hanging and ruined vacations with no apologies or effort to correct their wrongs.”

“Rented two cars from Enterprise at the Denver Airport for a family vacation. Reasonable prices, great vehicles, quick check-in process, no issues. Quick shuttle ride to and from airport. The shuttle drivers even helped us with our luggage. Excellent service all around.”
