We have gotten vehicles from this place and not had any complaints on them. We got a Suburban from them and had it for 8 years. We have recently got a Traverse from them and love it.

I bought a car there two years ago, they hidden mileage and lie to me. Now I want to sell back, they try to block it and not answer the price. Terrible service and no credit.

It was a pleasure doing business with the guys at Autoplex. We got a very nice vehicle low miles and Randy definitely was more than fair on the price. Camden went above and beyond addressing our concerns. Just a friendly and kind group. Love my SUV. Everyone that sees it are amazed at the quality and the price. We recommend them as a first place if you’re looking for a good used vehicle. Thanks guys. We’re very happy.

I bought my car from there almost a month ago and Spencer was super helpful and got me arrived so fast! I bought the 2016 ford fusion they had and I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever! Definitely recommend anyone and everyone to Cape Autoplex!

Extremely DISRESPECTFUL and unprofessional. My wife and I went in and looked at a car. We did paper work and the guy said we will call you in about 45 minutes. Cool! Well we never heard anything. I mean ya coulda at least called and said we are not selling you a car for this or that reason or a simple we are not selling you a car. Instead we waited around for them to call and then it was time to go get the baby. So I'll never go there or recommend this place. If I could give less than a star I would!!!

worst experience of my life. was sold a vehicle that they knew absolutely nothing about and i was promised a 30 day warranty on the engine/transmission. well as we speak my car has spent more time being fixed than i have been driving it. i have attempted to fix the same problem with the transmission twice now, which the owner paid for both times, but now that the same problem is having issues for the third time, no one here will talk to me. so much for a warranty. this place is designed to screw people over and i wouldn’t wish what they did to me on my worst enemy. now i’m stuck with this car and i can’t drive it. the only person that’s even worth talking to is randy and even then he’s not much help either. don’t give this place your business, they don’t care about you or they’re reputation.
