Got a charger box for $16.99. Stop working 3 days later. So I went to exchange for another brand and was told no return or exchanges on accessories. Wish I would have known before I bought from here. Should have known when it was dust on the outer box.

EXTREMELY poor customer service every time I've had to deal with them, which is almost every month unfortunately. I have the $35 plan. This low cost is the ONLY reason I have stayed as long as I have. Last month I had used all my data so I purchased a ONE TIME $5 data pack add on for an additional 1GB of data. My monthly payment was due yesterday 7/17/23. I logged in and paid my $35 like every other month. However, it showed I owed an add'l $5 for this month. I reached out to a rep via chat yesterday and questioned this. She stated I had purchased a RECURRING $5 data add on. This is not true. I have email confirmations showing the $5 add on was a ONE TIME purchase. The rep apologized and told me that would "reset" at midnight last night and the $5 charge would "fall off". Did that happen? Of course not! Lol. Today I receive a text that my account has been suspended due to non-payment. What a joke! I have back to back texts from Boost saying "Thank you for your payment! " then a text showing "Action needed! We're here to help get your bill paid and restore your account." Make it make sense! I then reached out via chat again today and asked why this was not corrected at midnight like I was told it would be. Started chat at 9am and just finished at 11:10am. I was given no explanation why this happened. My account has been restored which is ultimately what needed to happen. But I should not have had to spend hours of my time with customer service due to some "glitch" on their end! My account still shows I owe $40 for next month too even tho I'm enrolled in the $35 plan. The supervisor tells me this will "fall off" before my next payment is due. We'll see if that actually happens this time.

I’ve been into the store multiple times while a guy Jospeh was there and he always would tell me he can’t help me I went into the store yesterday and Miss Elisha was back and she was pleased to help me and fixed my problem within 15 minutes. She has a great personality and can tell she takes pride in helping the customers. Long as she is there I will definitely return. She even told me about my upgrade I knew nothing about I will be back to get a new phone with her! Great customer service

Incredible service! I went in the store last Friday with a completely shattered phone, the store manager Miss Elisha was kind enough to assist me through all the steps to contact the insurer and order my new phone, also got it set up and had my contacts, pictures, and email restored 10/10 customer service. 10/10 phone service.

Will never ever go back to boost the people at the store refused to give me my account number said I had to come in so I called customer care 3 times and they gave me the wrong account number 3 times so I couldn't switch to a different company without the account number and when I went on to pay the bill it only paid for one of the 4 lines I have them tried to tell me I didn't pay my bill and almost shut it off this company is horrible and like to scam people

Great customer service, some of the best I have had in years. I came into the store on Saturday, January 29 after ordering a phone online for my elderly Mother who needed to replace her phone. I had trouble switching phones on their platform. I am sorry not to get her name, but the lady working clearly has her best interest in heart for delivering and providing quality service. I just want to say thanks for getting the phone switched over and getting the SIM card set. Much appreciated and you rock!

The absolute BEST customer service I have ever had in my life. The boost support line had been messing with me for days and wouldn't even listen when I tried to explain my situation with my phone. A lovely woman named cassie helped me when I went in to the store, and worked with me for literally hours in the store to resolve my issues, and continued working with me over the phone for two days afterwards. She worked some real magic and got all of my issues solved. I have never had somebody work so hard to help me with anything like that before.

I came into Boost mobile very frustrated with getting a new phone!! The rep Kasandra Wood which is now I believe a manager of some sort , helped me choose the right device was quick and straight to the point!! My new Celero is amazing I recommend this phone to anyone that's trying to go get BOOST up! ANYONE in the cape area that needs a phone go see her you won't be disappointed!! ?????

I spoke with a lady named Cassie and she was very rude and disrespectful. If I can't call and ask questions without an attitude, then she is at the wrong job. I might have had a few questions but she didn't have to be rude and hang up on me. Even the Sikeston location is rude. I will definitely be switching companies.
