“I've been to this shop a few times now and I've always had a good experience. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I recently purchased a book here as a gift for my mom but found out after giving it that she had already purchased the same book for herself. We went back to the Book Rack and after explaining the situation, my mom was able to exchange it for a different book. Great customer service!”
