Always dependable but high prices. Their customer service is good at the store but telephone support is horrible.

McKenna was awesome. She did a great job setting up my mom's phone. Would highly recommend looking her up if you are in the market for a new phone.

Okay selection and convenient in a town without another electronics store. Pretty annoying that they are back to pestering you as soon as you walk into the store. Please just let me shop without having to first dismiss "excellent customer service."
