I would have liked to give then 5 stars. We were happy with our car buying experience. Unfortunately, when I reached out to them for assistance post purchase, they were not as helpful. We are from out of state and I needed a specific document for registration. After having no luck with Chevrolet corporate, I called JPSides for possible assistance. I was told by a senior person that I’d receive a call back. After waiting several days, I called back and left a message. Never heard from them. Because of this, I can’t recommend them.

This was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. The entire process was easy, fast, and painless. I never felt any pressure from the sales person or throughout the entire shopping experience. They were extremely transparent with my trade-in value, and they gave me more money for my current vehicle than any other dealership that I had visited prior. The finance manager explained the entire process in detail and took his time going over all the options. I also had the pleasure to meet the owner of the dealership, JP, who was extremely helpful and pleasant. This will be my first and only stop the next time I’m in the market for a new vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership to any of my friends and family.
