Had an amazing experience here
Started out with Jessi and Jeremy, who were both super helpful and had to continue the transaction into another day when Jessie One of the managers helped me out so much even considering everything else he had to do and then passed the ball to Bryce who caught it and scored a freaking touchdown!
The ladies at the desk are super nice and Everyone was really great really!
This is my third Kia, but only my first purchased at this dealership so unless I live really far away when I buy my next one, it is definitely getting purchased here!

It's been a long time since I've come across a dealer that everyone is friendly, and upbeat and helpful, I was so impressed by how friendly and sweet everyone was, unlike some dealers I've been to that have made me feel like I was wasting their time, these people made me feel like family, the people at the front desk so helpful and friendly the sales people were friendly and helpful and the service writer was really friendly and helpful, and the general manager he was professional and really awesome guy, my next new vehicle I would love to purchase from them because I really like certain Kia SUVs

I recently negotiated the purchase of a 17 Malibu for my mother in law. My wife and her had to go by themselves to sign for and pay. I was worried, but Richard and the team at Auffenburg Kia were absolutely amazing. The level of service, the feeling of comfort, and the sense of ease were by far above and beyond my expectations. Promised one price than told that was only if I finance with them. I had a check in my pocket but they refused to work with me and even tried to drive the price up with admin fees. We spent 3 hours there just to be lied to and misled. I get if they couldn't make it work but 3 hours? They did not return phone calls or look for something that would fit our budget. Do not waste your time!!!

Very nice and helpful people. All the front desk staff was fairly new so working very hard to make sure we were well taken care of. The repair took longer than expected so they checked with me often to make sure I was ok.

Had bad trim piece replaced under warranty. All went good until I found out they removed the tint on my third row and did not mention that it had to be done. Next visit after I realized the tint was gone, I asked why it was missing and then they mentioned how it needed to be removed. I asked if they were going to replace it for me since it was not mentioned and they said, “Nope, We don’t do that”. Horrible customer service. Will not be buying another Kia in my life.

I am a long-time Kia owner. This is my 5th KIA Sorento. I love it!! Coye Moore made the process very smooth. She made it all about me. I told Coye what I wanted and she worked with me to make that happen.
Harry made the final stage of signing paperwork a smooth process, too. I felt appreciated and I appreciated them for their customer courtesy service during the entire process. It was a stress-free day!!
