“I have to admit that due to me moving here during COVID that I thought they were immensely underperforming in the maintenance department.But I've actually begun to like it here.The manager Jessica is awesome.”
“I lived at Pear Tree for nearly 6 years and I could not have asked for a better apartment complex! My apartment was quite spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms... very hard to find for the price in the Cape area! The location is quiet but also a short distance to anything you could need. The complex is extremely well maintained and the Rhodes Group staff was phenomenal and so helpful if I ever needed anything. I never had problems with neighbors or their guests. I have since moved to Texas but I will truly miss Pear Tree!”
