We got a problem with our rental car at Dongola, after waiting 1h to get the rental compagnie we had the pleasure to wait one more hour to meet someone from Alliance Towing company.From there began our trip to St Louis, which was a great experience we took the time to talk with them which we enjoyed a lot. Wade came and towed my car all the way from Cape to Ava, IL. My ignition locked up and me and my fiance were stranded. He got to us quickly and got us home safely and even gave us helpful advice for when it comes to the time to fix my car. Pricing was also very fair and he is one of the nicest people I've ever met! Highly recommend this company if you're in need of help!

Wade at Alliance was amazing. He wasn't able to help us due to his guys being tied up with a wreck, but he stayed on the phone with me and my husband and gave us names and numbers trying to find someone to help us. All at 7:30 at night! He even called back 30 minutes later to check and make sure we got help. I was in Little Rock, AR and my husband was there in Cape Girardeau. My car shut down 3 feet from a parking spot in the middle of an aisle at Schnucks on a Saturday at 4:30pm. It was so busy and I was so stressed. Alliance came out within 10 minutes (other estimates were around an hour) and literally saved myself and many shoppers so much headache. I’m so grateful and their prices were amazing. My car unfortunately died at a stop light, and so my friends and I pushed it to the closest parking lot. I called to get my vechical towed, and it was the best experience I’ve ever had from any car service ever. Wade provided amazing services and even gave me advice on where to take it. The owner came quickly to get my car, it was pretty fast considering he had somebody else to take care of first. Very professional service and was extremely courteous. Will recommend him to anyone needing tow service and i will definitely use Alliance Towing again when/if I need towing.

Wade William lied to my face about the email. The MOST Prejudiced and Rude person.Overcharged me with made up fees (Redemption fee and storage fee for less than 24hr total amount $300). Mr.Wade Williams refused to give me receipts stating charges. I took a picture of the form and made Mr.Wade Williams make a statement on the form to reflect as my receipt.

Very nice and professional! He took extra time and care hauling my vintage car, ensuring it was done with care. He even helped me push it into place and helped guide me while backing off of his truck! Would recommend time and time again!I used him again today, and stand by what I said about him. Great person!!!!!! We broke down in Cape and had 4.5 hours to get home, needed to haul a truck/trailer/boat, thankfully had a second vehicle. Wade wasn't able to haul us that day, but took time out of his day to talk to us on the phone and even came to where we were, looked at our engine with us and called around to people he knew to get an idea to see what we could do!!! He called and checked on us different times that day to make sure we were okay and make sure we had found someone to take us!!! He is caring, helpful and kind, and went out of his way to try and help us even though he couldn't give us a tow home that day!!!! Definitely give him a call, he will help if he can!!!! All stars, thank you Wade and Bless You!!!!
