Friendly, very expensive but they do quality and timely work. Communication is great also. They keep u informed of what is going on with ur vehicle. One of the only places locally that specialize in foreign cars like jaguar

If yall wanna save money and time look else where they did nothing I asked them to do I took my car in it was atleast turning on when I had to get it towed lol back home after 2 months of them fixing a problem they still couldn’t fix…… they said after 2 months we can’t fix it we won’t charge for labor just parts they put on that didn’t even go hand and hand with the problem…..

Heard a sudden scraping sound while driving down the highway, and ended up stopping here just as they were closing. The office manager had left, but the technicians were happy to take a look anyway, got my issue sorted and got me back on my way. I'm so glad I ended up coming here, I was really worried about that sound driving across multiple states, and they were so friendly and helpful and really saved the day. Would definitely recommend!

I have a 2012 F250 Diesel. Took it to my local Ford Dealer they said you need it All new everything quoted me $1,200 (I didn't want all-new everything). On top of that, they forgot to schedule my appointment... They said the diesel tech called in sick... SO I took it to Advanced Automotive they said it will only take $300 to fix. I was in and Out. I also had some other work done. A BIG shout-out to Nick, he is the Tech you need to see. I will say they do receive a lot of business roughly 2 weeks out. I took my car in to get a diagnostic for repairs because it was overheating. Let me start by saying that Zach is very nice and the tow drivers are too. Unfortunately, I paid them 90 bucks to drive my car around for 2 days just to tell me that they couldn't get it to overheat and had no clue what was going on and sent me home with no answers. The very next day, it overheated again. I took it to a different shop here in Jackson and those guys diagnosed a bad fan clutch within an hour (without driving it around all over town). So 90 bucks more and I have my answer but was money wasted by using Advanced Automotive first.Service: Auto engine diagnostic
