“We put alot of effort in raising and fatting our beef. Traditionally we also slaughtered, aged and butchered the meat and have been nervous to trust this process to someone else. We tried another processor and was satisfied but after using Cowboy Country Processing, the difference of their extended proper aging we are experiencing our best beef ever.
