Very good and extensive assortment, quick and efficient customer service, reliable communication. We, being of Eastern European descent, have ordered beef tongue, the specialty very rarely available among on-line or brick-and-mortar vendors. Everything was shipped very quick, great insulation packaging. The pricing, including the shipping fees, is very affordable and budget friendly. Highly recommended.

For the longest time, I really wanted to include organ meats in my diet, but whenever I made chopped liver or something like that, it tasted yucky. However, I was recently watching a Dr. Berg video, and he recommended the liverwurst from US Wellness Meats, which contains liver, kidney and heart. When I checked it out, the reviews were amazing and so ordered several liverwursts, as well as head cheeses, which contain heart, tongue and trim. IT'S DELICIOUS!!!! YUM YUM YUM!! They taste like a really savory, amazing sausage! I could eat this stuff every single day! Highly recommend you order some for yourself!
