She was knowledgeable and she needs to be commended for that. Also to the gentleman who called and double checked my order (I want to say Bob) you made sure everything was ready for me since I wasn't able to pickup till later in the day. Asked me questioned and had concerns but didn't talk down to me and made whole experience amazing. I truly hope the manager of the store sees this and let's these two know how much they saved my kids Christmas.
