I spoke with someone about my packages being miss delivered, they were polite and patient when I didn’t know any info on the tracking numbers. The lady helping me tracked down my packages, took it into her own hands and returned them to my home. Very grateful!!!

They are great but they put a package in my fiance's mail box and we could not get it out it took 2 or more people to just get it out

We continually get mail for previous customers. We write "return to sender, addressee moved, no forwarding address." mail sent from businesses and states address correction requested but we keep getting it back. Very bothersome Otherwise fantastic.
