My mother, who is elderly and near the bottom of her tank, requested gas on Monday, and it's now Friday and no one has delivered to her. On top of that, if you call their emergency number, the recording says its going to connect you, and then you get an "I'm sorry, we can't connect you" prompt. I don't live in the area or I would have come to her rescue, and I've left messages, but I sure hope my mother doesn't die of either hypothermia or a heart attack attempting to cut a tree in her backyard to feed the old fireplace to keep warm. Time to switch companies ASAP.Update! Well, that was last week. They called her on Saturday and told her it would cost $200 for an emergency delivery. Mind you, it was the previous Monday that she was at 20%, and they told her they would be there by the weekend. So now apparently it's her fault that she needs an emergency delivery because they didn't deliver to her when they said they would. They want to be paid $200 for their poor customer service. What a great way to make money! Then then said Monday. It's now TUESDAY NIGHT, FOUR DEGREES OUT, and they still haven't arrived. She's elderly and hauling in wood in the freezing cold. This is downright Inhumane.Last and final update! 10 days, the purchase of a heated blanket, and many trips to the wood pile later, mamma has been refueled. If you have elderly loved ones living alone, please help them to choose a reliable hearting company with more than one truck.

We recently purchased a property and it had Thompson gas already there and a lot was outdated. We made an appointment for them to come out, they were on time and got everything updated and hooked up. They were friendly, helpful and had great customer service. Would definitely recommend any day.

Thompson gas provides excellent service to our community. We had a few communication problems when they took over from Beckett, but I feel they have improved their open communication and excellent customer service to their patrons.
