Falishia Diven was awesome to work with!! I had a great experience here!!! So simple and fair! I have been looking for the right car for a YEAR now. I have driven 3 and 4 hours away, only to drive home without a deal, a few times. So glad I made this drive.

These guys are awesome! Super helpful and get this.... they tell you the truth. I know, right?! I didn buy my Jeep here, but I wish I had and I do come here for service..I will as long as they continue to be awesome. Jess,in the service dept. Solid! She is amazing!

Phenomenal above & beyond customer service. My car had to be towed from Walmart to the service department here due to Walmart messing things up while performing an oil change. Nobody at Walmart cared about our situation. The first phone I had from the service department, it felt like someone finally cared about what I was going through. Car was dropped off on a Saturday & picked up Monday afternoon. I cannot thank you all enough.

What can I say? This place is great! Jess is awesome. Friendly, fast, communicative and funny to boot! They don't do detailing, but do have service techs. Better to get an appointment I would say. When I do....on point!

This was the 2nd time we have been here and started out with great service until about 2 weeks after we had the car. We were informed when we bought it there was no problems, but oddly enough we find out it has a transmission leak. When we took it back to be fixed, under the extended warranty we paid for, they tried to claim it wouldn't be covered because it was there previously. Once we did some more digging, it turns out they had in fact "fixed it" before even selling me the car and failed to inform us. With much resistance, they finally "fixed" the car again. A few days later, it's still leaking. Took the car back again for them to fix, still leaking. We finally had to take elsewhere and get it fixed right. Had they of been honest this review would be different, but they blatantly lied about the entire situation and still didn't fix it after having to take it back 2 different times. Won't be buying here again!

The only service department that has touched my Jeep. From oil changes to upgrading to a Tom Woods drive shaft. Jess has always been extremely helpful in assisting me, and the mechanics have done a thorough job when servicing. This past summer of 23, I brought in my Jeep to have some aftermarket parts installed and serviced and informed them I was taking it on vacation in the mountains. From Steamboat Springs, CO, to Yellowstone to Glacier National Park on into Canada and back down into the Redwoods all with no issue. And when I go again, I know I can trust the people at Max Curnow service department to make sure my Jeep is as ready as I am. They are Jeep people, for Jeep people.

Jess in service is top notch. When we had to buy a new vehicle due to a blown motor the sales department treated is fairly and found a deal we could work with. I would purchase here again.

Max curnow is who is doing dodge service work...also max curnow in Chillicothe did body repair last year....no problem with calling on max curnow for service or body work

Visited the service department in April to have an oil change and diagnostics ran. And to have the cable for the rear entertainment system replaced. Was told the entire RES would have to be replaced to the tune of $1,400. Diagnostics showed I needed to have the thermostat replaced. I opted to not replace the RES, it was simply not in my budget. I was to be called when the thermostat was in to come back to have it replaced. It is November 1st. And I still have not received a call about the thermostat. Won't be returning.

BUYER BEWARE..
Their service team (especially tracy) always go above and beyond. My car has been in with them multiple times since I bought it 10 months ago, this is no fault of the dealership.
ETA;
This didn't age well, service team is great! Matter of fact they gave me records showing the dealership knew about all the MAJOR problems my car had and they knew these were reoccurring issues. I also had found out the car had been owned by a family member of a sales person so they had been very familiar with the issues of the car when THEY sold it to me.
Sleezy sales tactics. Not sure you can find a dealership with morals anymore, but if that's what you're looking for, this ain't it.

Did not have a good experience and will not be going back. Definitely do not recommend. The sales lady and the manger were very rude.
