Randy curnow has some really good employees. Hayden and Jake in service are really good to deal with. The mechanics were really good about getting our car fixed for us. Evelyn she answers the phone she is really good to deal with too. I have nothing bad to say about Randy curnow we've had the best experience with them I would recommend them to anybody

I bought a car!!! But not from this group …
I had the displeasure of speaking with Zach in financing. Apparently he is too busy or too important to speak to customers with financing concerns. I’ve spoken to many financing professionals at various dealerships and never felt dismissed and disregarded. Hey Zach, opposed to saying you “don’t have a crystal ball” and “complete the application” here are some viable responses.
“I can’t guarantee an approval but we’ll do our best” / “We have a host of lenders we can consider. Let’s get you approved!” / “We may not get your preferred choice but I’m sure we can find quality and reliable options.”
Do yourself a favor and get an preapproval from your credit union prior to a visit. Don’t have your prospects ruined by a shoddy finance department.

I came in for certified service, tire rotation, and cabin filter replacement-bringing my business here as this was where I purchased my vehicle. My check engine light had came on prior to the visit. I took it to an auto parts store where they ran a diagnostic report (for free) to show I had an evaporative emission leak. I asked the service advisor, Jacob to check on that and requested a quote on repairing it. I was quoted $415.04+tax. I researched the part to fix it and the cost of the part only was $63.99. $351.05 for labor?!?! That is an outstanding overpriced quote! So as a single mom of three with a tight budget, I purchased the part here locally for $63.99 (they even gave my three year old a free flashlight including batteries), watched a YouTube video and replaced it myself! $189.85 is a lot better than $604 which is what I would have had to pay. Does this even make sense other than scamming people for their money? I had zero experience replacing any type of part under the hood of my Chevy Traverse and it took me an hour at most to replace the evap purge solenoid once I got home.
There was no coffee or water available in the lobby and the wait time was over an hour-the lobby was packed with other impatient customers who were upset about the wait time explaining they had been waiting even longer.
This negative experience however, had nothing to do with the service advisor. Jacob was amazing exerting amazing, prompt customer service, informative about the visit and kind.

Jake S & the guys in the shop at Randy Curnow GMC were such life savers today! ❤️ I typically service my Acadia at Reed GMC in KC but this morning I had a nail in my tire & of course no other tire shop is open in town & Reed did not recommend driving all the way to the city to get it fixed. I was able drive right in to Randy Curnow & have it fixed with no issues & easy, friendly service! Highly recommended! Thank you all for saving me & my tire!

Quoted me $2000 trade in on my '09 F150 Lariat 4x4, added 30% over night to the purchase price originally shown and quoted. Overall terrible experience and would not recommend them at all. Last 3 vehicles have been from a Randy Curnow dealership..No more.

Extremely clean establishment with courteous staff. Have had my 2021 Chevy Silverado serviced here for almost 2 years. GM Certified mechanics that have a great knowledge base. As a female, I can trust this service department to do required and needed service and not lead me to unnecessary service. Hayden in the service department is extremely caring and works with you every step of the process. Way to go, Randy Curnow!!

Everyone was very kind and helpful. Even the mechanic spoke with me to help explain an issue I was having with breaks. Hayden and Jake are amazing!! Only place I will take my truck and the only place I trust!! Thank you for taking such good care of my truck and me as a customer?
