Friendly staff, very helpful with reasonable prices and good sales! Watch batteries replaced very quickly and they ALWAYS call you to let you know when your jewelry is ready to be picked up.

I purchased my original engagement ring elsewhere and was needing it resized 2 sizes smaller. My ring has a large stone and intricate filigree work. I was concerned if it would be able to be resized without damage to the filigree or stone. Not only was Steve able to resize it perfectly, he sold me a band that paired perfectly with my ring and then soldered them together as well. I'm very pleased with my ring and the time it took to resize and solder (less than a week!)
