Michael and Travis provided exceptional roadside assistance and saved our day. Our journey home from vacation encountered issues 3 hours away from home on a Saturday afternoon. Michael arrived promptly with the tow truck, and together with Travis, delivered outstanding care and got us back on the road within hours.

?Five stars is not enough for this place!?James is a 'truck Whisperer' We could not be happier with the professionalism that was shown by everyone that works there. James worked tirelessly in close to 100° temperature, always staying in a good mood. We were kept in the loop the whole time he was working on our truck by him and everyone else there. I am sorry I can't remember everyone's name, ALL deserve a Shout Out for their exceptional work ethics. Instead of telling us they would have to order parts, one of the guys drove the 40 miles there and back to Peterbilt to pick up the parts, WITHOUT ONE WORD OF COMPLAINT. Great Place!!!
We will definitely come here any time our truck needs repairs when in the area.

Five stars is not enough to say about these guys.
From the time I met with the crew that worked here, it was nothing but professional and wonderful. I want to especially thank Kyle.The line of communication was something that you don’t find anymore in the work place. They kept me posted throughout the repair. Also a special thank you for taking me and my dog back and forth to the hotel. It’s hard to find a good shop anymore, but this company is breath of fresh air. Thank you again gentleman.

I had stop at the loves to get a thermostat fix in my truck but could not and also bolts on the base broke, and so i was a bit desprit as i cam to Gabrielson shop told me that they can get it fix but seens it was friday and they dont work through the weekend so i had to wait until monday for parts to arrive. Kince and Danny and his hole team there great guys realy respectful offerd me some BBQ and explaind to me the proses showed me part that were no good, gave me a ride to a motel where i could stay for the weekend and after monday got my truck fix this are great mechanic, in the near future if i get stranded close by, i now know who to call
