This lodge was the final stop heading home on a 2 week road trip. I checked in around 10pm with my dogs and s/o. The room was clean and the owner was cool. Zero complaints on our end

Cozy welcoming place. Affordable for extended visits. Family friendly. Close to food and activities that Cameron has to offer. Only place we stay now in Cameron.

The folks there are very understanding. We were bringing my elderly Mom down to our home and had a difficult night. I overslept, unfortunately, but the owners at Econo Lodge were so very kind as we scrambled to pack up, it being past time to check out. We would certainly return for another stay if we were passing through!
