It took some time (weird situation) but the wait was worth it. My car looks brand new as far as I can tell. Any concern brought up to them was taken care of.

In November of 2021 I messed up the front of my van. Took it in, they said they’d order parts. It is now April of 2022… if I call I get the same run around every time. They have never once called me back. Bottom line is if your damage isn’t gonna make them money they won’t fix it. Covid or not it doesn’t take 5 months to get parts. So unless your accident is going to make them some money don’t bother going here.Service: Body & Trim

Great work! Usually always busy but they always answer my questions and have such a sweet lady that answers the phones. A man even helped me take off my plates and clean out my car after it had been deemed totalled.

Nice people, great repair. We were going to Wisconsin and hit a deer in Missouri. I looked on line and found Bailey's. They were on our insurance list and had the car towed there. They did a great job. You wouldn't ever know the car was damaged. They went above and beyond, taking us to a local diner and picking us up again while we waited for a rental car.

Had two vehicles there. Unsatisfied both times. They do not do things the proper way. The lady at the desk was nice but that is it. I would not recommend!!!!!

Nice people, great repair and shop! We were traveling to Wisconsin and hit a deer in Missouri. We were close to Bailey's collision repair in Cameron. He was on our insurance providers list, so we had our car towed there. The owner drove us to a diner in town while we waited gor a rental car from st. Josephs, then pivked us up agsin. We are very happy with the repair. You would never know we had damage and drove it back to Arizona with no problem. It ran great@
