Justin and Cody were lifesavers. I had Jay from (Apple) call me because charges had been made and were not mine. Then he said pending transactions for $19,000 needed to be stopped. I went to the bank got the money and then was supposed to go to Walmart to make an “Apple” secure deposit and Jay would redeposit the money into my account. I was headed to Walmart but stopped by the Verizon store instead. These two guys, Justin and Cody, are forever in my prayers. They saved me from losing my money and did some explaining on what Apple will and will not do to my account. They deserve some recognition as I will forever be indebted to them. I’m 73 years old and learned a hard lesson. But they put my mind at ease.

We were VERY IMPRESSED with the professionalism and helpfulness we received today at our local Verizon store. Justin and Leilanni are so patient and genuinely helpful people. They made the entire experience fun and exciting. We will be recommending this store!! Thank you so much.

Just always slow at the one in Camdenton mo except when 2 people are working. I have a high percentage when visiting that there is only 1 working. Bummer

Although I reside in Lebanon I only trust this store for my Verizon needs. This time I needed to upgrade my phone and once more elected to come to Camdenton rather than use my Lebanon Verizon store. The employees here in Camdenton are extremely competent and “Cody” who helped us this time is indeed a true professional. He explained everything in detail, assisted me in what I needed and when my iPhone 16 pro max arrived he once more made the entire process of getting my new phone ready and easy task.

THIS IS NOT A VERIZON STORE!!! I am having issues with a Verizon MIFI. I called and spoke to the call center people who instructed me to take the MIFI to ANY Verizon store and they could help me get the unit swapped out.
I went to the store in Osage Beach who said that even though the sign out front has Verizon written on it they are intact not Verizon. Osage beach told me drive to Camdenton and the Camdenton store is a "REAL" Verizon.
Drove to Camdenton just to be informed that the store in Camdenton is not actually a Verizon store either. Camdenton said I need to drive to Lebanon!
Apparently just because the sign has Verizon written on it dose not mean that they are a "REAL" Verizon.
