Customer service doesn’t exist anymore. Package was to be delivered yesterday. Waited all day. They day driver was here at 9:30. He wasn’t here we were home & sitting on the front porch. They always leave them at the front door nothing. Went by UPS today people there talking but wouldn’t even check.

I live at 127, Oak Tree Rd, Camdenton MO 65020 it’s on a dead end street and my house is at the dead end with my circle drive being private!! We never order anything yet some of your drivers seem to think it’s easier to drive through our private circle drive to turn around and deliver to my neighbors who have drive ways!! My main reason for complaining is they are busting up our much narrower driveway!! Who’s going to pay for damages?

The lady who owns the store needs to be removed and the franchise sold to someone who cares about customers. I have met a few people like the owner in my life and they hate everything and everyone ! Have been spreading the word to a sold this location !!!!! UPS corporate WAKE UP!!!

Manager has my tracking number. They lost my package. He has never called!! Cannot get thru ANY UPS complaints, resolution without it. 30 minute drive Again to deal with this. Ridiculous!

This location changes addresses on packages and steals mail I had a package sent to me they sent it to the wrong state after it got to Camdenton they rerouted it to Illinois I spent the whole day Friday on the phone with them ( corporate ups customer service)trying to get them to send it back to Missouri ,and I would pick it up in Camdenton ...instead they sent my package to Illinois and delivered it do the wrong person at the wrong address in the wrong state you got to try real hard that's a whole new level stupid... and that after I spent over 4 hours on the phone with corporate customer service who assured me that they had sent numerous messages to both the Illinois Hub and the Camdenton hub not to deliver this package to reroute it back to Camdenton ...and I would come and pick it up... instead they delivered to someone ,who didn't order it ,who wasn't addressed to, and who now is an unknowing accomplice...,, or recipient of stolen mail ...and I'm sure they'll be real Happy When a sheriff in Illinois shows up at their door asking where my package and its contents are... and in the morning they're going to get a piece of my mind ,because unfortunately for them my my mail was not addressed to a street address it was addressed to a PO box at the United States Post Office... so unlike others who have been in this position I actually have proof that they changed the address as well as the ZIP code... there was a phone number attached to the package, they could have called my phone number, and asked me where I was so they could deliver it... it had a zip code on the package, all they had to do is type that into Google ,and they would have seen it less than 50 Mi away from where they are... but hey a quick glance at the comment section will show you that this is an ongoing problem at this location ....and I will make sure I let the merchant who sent my package know never to route a package through Camdenton... and never to send me a package UPS... and if others in this area are having the same problem feel free to reach out to me or DM me cuz this needs to stop and the only way it's going to, is if we get together on a class action and put it down through the courts... just sad...

I have the best UPS man. I am handicapped usually in my recliner and can't get up right away nor go outside to get packages. When he comes he brings the package inside for me. Worth his weight in gold!

THIS UPS FRANCHISE STEALS PACKAGES!! Has cost me $3000+ so far!! Please read til the end. This has happened to me many times now at this address ONLY when this particular UPS delivers. Im not the only one this has happened to with this UPS location and they have several tricks they pull: They will say its delivered when they didnt even pull in the drive way. (I have cameras) They will say attempted delivery when they havent even knocked or pulled in the driveway. (Once again, I have cameras.) Or the best one yet, theyll CHANGE THE ADDRESS on packages and SAY it got delivered but its to the wrong address (not even the right town) then they cant recover the item... someone who works in this location is stealing these packages...

Not happy they have delivered to us for over 30 years and this happened! We are in our 70s and sometimes don’t leave home several days in a row, I just happened to go to town this morning for groceries!!! That package could have laid there for days or been stolen by anyone going by on the road! Zero Stars for this employee!!!!!!!!!

Driver left my package out by the highway under the mailboxes. Not the first time I've had problems with this .
