This has always been our stop for gas and bathroom break. I have been very disappointed in the restroom this last time I asked my wife how the women's bathroom was.said it could be better. The men's stunk and were dirty. I have red, another review, pretty much the same. Come on, guys, this stuff loses customer's

I spend 20 to 30 bucks there daily. Always go in and prepay for gas. Twice now on pump 9 its paid for inside and I go out and put the hose in my car and hit the unleaded button and it says please wait. I did nothing to the the pump and didn't hang it up. The manager accused me both times of hanging up the pump. I DID NOT! well see this time if I can get my money back. First time the company said I got gas and didn't. Well see if I get it back this time. THERE IS ALWAYS PROBLEMS with there computers . I will never comeback as there system is broke and they will not fix the issues .

For YEARS we have stopped at this station to get gas when we go through Camdenton to our place at the lake. We've noticed this year, that the place isn't like it used to be! Barely enough solution in the bins to wash the windshield and never any towels outside. The restrooms are not as clean as in years past. Trash cans in restroom are running over, no paper towels and flies EVERYWHERE! I understand every place these days are understaffed....but c'mon...keep the service the way it used to be! Have some pride!ethese

I buy my cigarettes here and every time I pay a different price. ??♀️I have a fas rewards card but that doesn’t seem to help. I buy 10 packs of Pall Mall , supposed to be .50 off each pack for buying 2. I pay anywhere from $49(various change) up to near $56 per carton.WHY??? ?♀️It should be the same exact amount, EVERY time. Complaining doesn’t help.

I usually have problems with their pumps, but they just got new ones (at least in exterior appearance. One pump wouldn't even let my card slide in, then the next pump wouldn't allow my card to slide back out after it was accepted. Fortunately, I had a pocket knife to push down on the card and let it clear the obstruction. This was the final straw for me and Shell

Just left Casey’s, where I received poor service. Deanna at Shell was polite, courteous and very friendly. Will be back in the future!!!!

The overnight cashier was extremely rude. I understand she work overnight but it’s her responsibility to do your job professionally. Venting to people about how hard her job is as an excuse to be rude should not be unacceptable.

Pump Didn’t Work. Transaction would go through, however once you select a Grade it would not pump. Walked in and the cashier knew it was broken. Said they refused to fix it.

I will never visit this store again. Can't believe who ever the red headed lady is behind the counter has a job there. Very unprofessional and I guess can't figure out how to let me pump gas after it was paid for...On a brighter note there is a Casey's right down the street and they know what they are doing. And no I don't work for Casey's ..I just like a gas station that know's how to operate a business.

pumps not working...The pumps not taking fuel rewards so attendant said don't use 11+12 try 7+8. 7 didn't work with fuel rewards and kept trying to say it was a debit card. After 6 attempts 25 minutes and the attendant not trying to solving the issue we left. This is not the first time of pump issues and attendants not being able to help or not want to- not sure if it is one or the other or both!! Also restroom are filthy!!! the card issue does not happen at the Hannibal shell stations only Camdenton. ....

If you’re going to close due to COVID, fine, that’s your decision. But to keep the entire operation open but close your bathrooms to the public is horrible. Force folks to go the bathroom outside after you just collected my money on gas and beverages is one-sided and wrong. Either BR open to sales, including bathrooms. Or closed completely. Will never do business here again.
