“Big Oak self storage is absolutely wonderful! They accommodated us with no problems and Vickie is a pleasure to do business with. She made sure we had everything we needed and they have an assortment of locks, labels, moving, tape, and any packing and moving supplies you should need. The units are clean and nice, security is stellar, and we rented both climate controlled and regular units. We couldn't be happier. Also the prices are reasonable.”
“Had an issue with my lock being unlatched. Since I live in another state, it was a BIG surprise. However, Brooke went above and beyond to find me online and contact me to let me know what was going on. She sent me a picture of my unit so I could verify that everything was still there and she placed a new lock on my unit and sent me the keys through certified mail. I couldn't be more pleased with this type of service from this place for over 3 years now. Thank you Brooke for going above and beyond for me.”
