We needed to begin the tough experience of car shopping. Began with Sakelaris to look at Broncos. The experience went so well, we talked and bought the car the very next day. Doug (salesman) was very informative, polite, and did not pressure. The most painless (except writing the check!) car buying situation I've had in a long time!

Dave the Service writer was absolutely amazing today. I had a not so nice experience at a different Ford Facility and I decided to go to Camdenton, I met with Dave, I told him my concerns and he was extremely helpful and educated me on the entire process, part of my concerns were a Ford Recall, he explained to me the process and we set up a date to fix everything. Thank you Dave, I appreciate you taking the time to assist me. See you on our scheduled time.

To start off we did purchase our Jeep here and was treated well in 2021 for that part, but since then this place has gone downhill. Returned to get warranty work at the end of July 2023, this is where I'll say we're not returning for service or sales. We dropped off the Jeep and was told the wait for the part would be around a month. Month goes by, they replace it, was called to pick it up and returned the Jeep the same day because of same issues. They called back a few days later to pick it up just to drive away missing a lot of antifreeze not realizing it until leaving the service parking.Went to the main desk to make them aware of the issue and was introduced to the GM who started complaining about a list of complaining clients (waving it in the air) and was trying to blame the shotty work on COVID and their own service department employees but never once tried to make it right with what had happened over there last 3 visits. Unless you enjoy waiting and hearing excuses I would recommend not going here especially if you don't want to hear excuses, trash talk and useless service work.

After reading some reviews I almost decided not to bring in my car, however I called up and talked with Dave - very courteous and professional and he eased my mind. Brought it in and everything happened just like he said it would, he even followed up with me after the service - a BIG 5 stars to Dave and the team behind him

I was skeptical to bring my car in after seeing many of the bad reviews. After calling and speaking with the service and parts center I brought my car in to be looked at for a recall issue. Dave and his team were remarkable from start to finish. Not only are they funny, but they are extremely honest and helpful which I truly appreciate. I am very happy with my experience and will continue to bring my vehicles to Sakelaris Service Center.

Hard to believe a Ford Dealership won't follow through with a request.I have a Ford Extended Warranty. I wanted to know if my problem is covered by the warranty. I used the two email options Sakelaris provides for contacting them. I gave them the basic information and asked if someone would work with me to determine if the item was covered by the warranty.NO ONE contacted me from either option.So why didn't I call them? Because the dealership needed time to research my problem and emailing was the best way to provide the information and to allow them time to do the research.I will be looking for another dealership. I really wanted to use a local company, but it was their choice to ignore me.

Very helpful I know I’m not easy to deal with but they made me above fair deals. They got me in a truck that made MY WIFE and me happy walking out the door. Sad I had to let my Mustang go but I will be back for something better in the near future. Thank you Brendan and the whole team ??!

These people are awesome! Easy to deal with, very helpful in meeting our needs. Great deal, walked in just to look, walked out with what we were loking for!I need to change my stars to a five. Not only are the sales people and everyone else in the buying process spectacular, we were directed to a place for accessories for our new truck. Instead of spending days and weeks looking for the right things, these gentlemen were a huge help and went adove and beyond in helping us.

I have done business here in the past and to say I was pleased was a far cry from the truth. I decided to give them a try and the Salesman Shane was very competent in his knowledge as well as speedy and energetic in all he did. The Business Manager Shane really rolled out the red carpet and would not take no for an answer. He worked really hard to get in my price range. And Jim, the finance officer was a wizard at the computer. He was very helpful with tips and tricks and setting up our first payment. Thanks to all of you for making this possible for my family.

This is my first time buying a vehicle from a dealership. I was blown away by the customer service. When I walked in I was greeted by Shane(salesman). He was very attentive to what I was needing out of a car that was in my budget. By the time we got done with the paperwork it was after 8pm and he was still happy to help. Chad the sales manager was still here helping us with our purchase along with Jim who is one of the finance guys. The only problem I had was when I picked up the car after it had been cleaned, there was just a lot of little stuff that was missing such as the the door pockets, tires and seats. I will definitely be buying another vehicle from them.

Recently bought a 2017 Buick from the dealership Chad, Shane and Jim stayed after hours to make sure we were taken care of. Every time I walked in Shane asked if I needed a water or anything else. Luckly the day I went to the dealership to look for a vehicle they got the Buick in. When I first drove it I was in love. All the staff that I talked to had a great genuine attitude for putting the customer first.^

Big shout out to Brendan Martini. I called to speak with the service department on a Saturday due to vehicle problems. Long story short…he came to my rescue multiple times but to no avail the car wouldn’t start. He got me back to the dealership and into a loaner vehicle until the repair was done. The service department was also incredible and kept me informed on the repairs. Thank you for taking care of your locals with a friendly small town attitude.

Highly recommend this dealership!!I went to buy my daughter her first car and was kind of afraid cause I wanted a good deal for the right price.. but wasn’t sure about what to ask or what to do but the new general manager was so helpful!!!He took care of everything Chad Skelton is very knowledgeable when it comes to cars in all aspects from safety… to getting us the perfect car for our money and making sure we we’re happy with the car we wanted before we left !!!!Definitely takes his time to make sure the customers are happy and well taken care of …. Thank you for all your time and effort to make our first car buying experience a DREAM COME TRUE ;)

My very first time ever purchasing from a dealership. Chad was fabulous with helping make my dreams come true. Everyone here is very pleasant and willing to answer any questions you have. They closed at 6, stayed late making sure I was able to fulfill my dreams and even took my car to fill it up before it left the lot! Great first time experience!!
