This guy evidently never learned customer service I would suggest taking your business to any of our other plumbing supply stores in town like Tolman company or Lowes or Home Depot

I was not there to purchase. However was there with a friend who purchased. Everyone was super friendly and helpful!! When my time comes to choose fixtures etc. this is where I will go!!
