I used Intoxalock 7 years ago. They installed unit onsite then removed device later at my home. I just found out they are claiming I never had the device removed. So they charged me $1700.00 against my credit. If I want to have my credit back I must pay $1700.00. Either they are crooked or their deinstaller is.

I just want to say that the guys up there at House of Electronics are friendly, helpful, and very thorough. I had issues with some things and they were very helpful in assisting me. Great service!!
