“It's an ATM machine. Works everytime unless there's an issue but I don't think that this one has ever been shut down or closed for anything. Charges $2.50 for withdrawal if you are NOT a customer and your card isn't thru the company. It's $500 withdrawal at one time. Open 24 hours”
