We were taken for our money and still have problems.
We have a 15 year old home that had over 20 failed windows. We told them that the windows leaked when it rains and they led us to believe that they would get that taken care of. We trusted them to be the experts in their market and they were the ones 3 stories up on scaffolding to inspect the windows. However after installment and payment it was brought up that we should have replaced the entire unit. The owner even told us that most likely they will fail again in another 10-15 years because they are cheap frames. No kidding. So we still have the problem of our windows leaking when it rains and still will need to replace them again very soon. We have had companies out to look at them and they can't believe any window company just replaced the glass. At the time we were also very forgiving and understanding that they miss measured several windows and had to reorder 3 different times which the wait period being 3-6 months each time. We knew we had a big job and were very understanding. Some office staff were nice but the main person we dealt with was very rude. We have more failed windows and we are definitely not giving them any business. Truly hate to say this about a local company and wished I could be providing a better review.

I do not recommend this place. To say my mother was treated with complete disrespect is an understatement. Then once we get the glass THEY measured with the same one we brought in (we needed an exact replica) the glass was cut too thick and was jagged. They measured it incorrectly with no refund. Displeased with this place of business.

Camdenton Glass did a phenomenal job in replacing all 16 windows at my lake house in Lake Ozark. Some of these windows were 8 feet tall, some 6 feet tall, and all 16 had to be custom made. What I had were not real windows. They were pieces of glass over 25 years old that were glued into the wooden openings. The crew patiently worked incredibly hard to scrape out these "windows" and then inserted beautiful new Pella windows. All the crew members were very friendly, helpful, and professional. They also did several extra things to make sure that the existing trim on the inside matched up properly with the new windows, and replaced the trim in the bedrooms. It was an all-around A+ job, and I will hire them to replace my three doors in the near future.

Great customer service. As a contractor, we needed window work on one of our customer's jobs and they were very prompt to provide an estimate, order materials and complete the job. Very good communication and customer service. Will be recommending them to everyone!

We recently had Camdenton Glass replace the windows in our Sunroom. They were excellent to work with. The windows are fantastic. The energy savings are another plus to the project.
This is one of those times where the result exceeded our expectations.

An absolutely awesome experience!!! They were always professional and polite. They said they would be here at a certain time and they were. The technician that installed my new window went above and beyond my expectations . Professional and polite employees from the ladies in the office,the estimator and the installers. Great company. We recently had six windows replaced on our lake front home. We could not be more pleased. We purchased Pella windows, so of course the quality of the windows is excellent. Our 5 star review reflects the professionalism of the install crew. They were polite and worked very clean. Constantly cleaning up. Additionally, the install required some trim work, and they did a great job with that. Communication was excellent. 5 stars!

I recently had a windshield replaced in my pickup from Camdenton Glass, very fast on getting me scheduled, and the new windshield turned out great. Highly Recommend, I will continue using Camdenton Glass for all future glass replacements
