This was a great experience. Had some rear end damage. They were easy to deal with and got me in fairly quick. When they did my quote they even seen damage that another shop didn’t notice. That made me make my decision on where to go. When my car was done (only took 2 days) it was cleaner on the inside and out then it was when I dropped it off. These guys really are number 1. Thanks Browns Body Shop.

Had hail damage and needed another quote for insurance on my company vehicle. Brown's got me in quick, easy and painless and had a quote in a short amount of time. They were thorough and professional, I just wish that I could have used them this go around. The staff was very attentive and friendly. I'll be going back for my personal vehicles in the future though.

Worst experience ever! Hood, grill and headlight fix only.. First started with wanting to paint parts that were not painted in front-end of car around grill. Why ask if that's not the way it came in. Went to picked up car.. hood gap was crazy! Thats what happens when you use cheap part and sloppy work. Their excuse was "well, having trouble getting parts" .. please, not my problem! So they shimmed quarter panels to match hood. Shouldn't the new hood fit in to match quarter panels and I'm stuck with poor paint job on hood ( white vertical lines in paint) The grill wasn't same as original so they had to reorder that. Bolts in front bumper where different colors. And I could write a book but I think that gives you an idea of how sloppy and unprofessional their work is! Wouldn't give one star but had to for post.

I used this Auto body company and from the initial call, I had fantastic service very professional, they scheduled my appointment and gave me a time frame on when it would be completed and my vehicle was completed on time and the work was FANTASTIC! Tracy did a great job during the entire process. My traverse turned out beautiful. Even when the salvage yard since the wrong piece, Tracy made sure Browns got it right. Second time using these guys and hopefully I won’t have to again but if I do, they will be my first choice. Would recommend them for any job, big or small.

I think and I believe Browns did a really good job on my wife's vehicle. There is a couple of small issues with the electrical but I believe they finally straightened their selves out. But the main thing is they seem to hang in there until it's totally perfect for you. Thank you
