“When our Sea Doo was damaged in a collision I called Hull's based on their reviews. Eric called me on a Saturday of a holiday weekend to get more info and set up a time the following week to look at the damage. He had me send him pictures first, and then he came to my house to do an assessment. He got back with me the very next morning to let me know that the PWC was too damaged to be fixed. It was unfortunate news, but I was just really impressed how quickly he looked at it for me and got back with me.
