Staff is always courteous but prices at O'Reilly have become unreal. Oil filters should not be 4x the cost that I can purchase online elsewhere for the same brand and part number.

nobody shows up to work, managers don't show up. parts are almost always wrong.says open today but door is locked and nobody inside.very poor management and irresponsible employees.guess I will have to close my commercial account and go somewhere else.

My son limped his car here to get codes checked for a misfire today while he was waiting for a tow truck the only one working in the store called the cops after realizing the cops didn't arrest and tow the vehicle he went out to yell at them about soliciting which is not what four teenagers sitting in a car that cannot drive is thanks
