Charli is just the best, our dog Maggie is not the easiest animal to keep at a kennel but Charli is patient and works with gaining Maggie's trust. I couldn't feel more comfortable leaving the furiest member of our family with her when we go on vacation and her prices are very reasonable.

I took my dog for grooming yesterday and they literally shaved all her hair off without asking... when I asked for a haircut. She is a great pyreneese with a double coat and now her hair is not even a centimeter long. She's outside must of her time and now the sun is going to burn her skin, and insects are going to get her. As soon as I got home she started fighting with my other dog, being aggressive and that never happens. There's a before and after picture. We are really upset that they did that, not because she looks different but because of the damage that is going affect her.

Charlie is so good with our dogs and they always look so wonderful when they come out after their appointments! I love how easy it is to communicate with Charli and getting an appointment is fast and easy! We love Coats and Tails!
