Bought 4 used tires from them they put them on about 2 months ago had to replace 1 last week and I noticed all 4 wheels have two 2.5ozs of wheel weights side by side. So I had them checked and they aren't balanced at all. Actually it would've been better if they didn't add 5ozs to each wheel. Most people should know that a poorly balanced tire will damage your vehicle or cause an accident. I just put new ball joints in the week before I had them put tires on. I checked them today and all the grease has been pushed out most likely from vibration and I have a broken shock. So I called and talked to them they gave me a bs story and told me a unbalanced tire wouldn't break a shock. But that's not true. And I've never seen 4 tires on the same vehicle have 5ozs on every wheel. They don't want to take responsibility for the damage it has caused I won't be taking anything there again and I don't recommend them to anyone after this.

The friendly and patient care they give was much appreciated. They listened and printed out a schedule for service numbered 1-6. They showed me a problem with my tires and we got it taken care of. It cost, but no more than anywhere else and cheaper than the dealer. Thank you.
