This is absolutely, beyond a shadow of a doubt, not only the worst Salon in Butler, MO, but the worst Salon I have ever been in my whole life.
She talks about you behind your back to other people, along with bashing her own husband and any Associate that rents the other booth in her shop.
I don't know why she bothers to ask you how you want your hair, because she does it the way she wants to anyway.
DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON, YOU WILL BE SORRY YOU DID! If I could give minus stars, I would!!

Yvette had done my hair for years before I moved away! Her work is amazing and I always left so happy! She is the kindest person and will give you exactly what you want every time. I always recommend her to my friends back home!

She did my hair exactly opposite of what I asked for, to the point that I had to go to Walmart and buy color just to fix it so I could go on vacation without looking like I was wearing a hair piece.
Then after paying her in FULL she said I refused to pay her. I even TIPPED her. Then she refunded me so she could say I didn't pay.

The Y Factor is a fantastic one stop shop! I've been going there for years! Yvette does a marvelous job on my nails. She is able to do any design I may want. She has also done my hair and does exact what I ask. I even take my children there for all their haircuts. Joy is a wonderful addition to the salon. The Y Factor is a true well ran small business.

Wonderful service, great atmosphere. Yvette has done my hair and nails. Cutting my hair, she's extremely precise and the color was PERFECT. My manicure was the best I've ever had, not thick and shaped perfectly! They look like my natural nails. This is the best place to go!

Yvette, the Manager of this shop is a person that does not listen when you tell her how you want your hair. She does your hair "the way she wants to".
She is so full of herself and thinks she knows everything. She did a horrible job on my hair. I had to go somewhere else to get it right! BAD ATTITUDE, BAD SERVICE!!!@@

I recently moved to the area and needed to find a new salon for hair care. I stopped in to make an appointment. Joy offered to cut my hair then, as she had some free time. I was so grateful and she did a wonderful job! She blessed me with her kindness and beautiful smile! Thank you, Joy!
