We were stranded in Butler MO with a flat tire on our Audi S5 on a Saturday morning headed to KC MO, even though no one in this town carried a single tire to fit our car, including Max Motors, they were willing to work with us! Max Motors team worked us into their busy schedule and put a tire on our vehicle that we had an Uber driver deliver from Belton MO. They were very friendly, fair, and fast, I highly appreciate and recommend their services to anyone! We will be back when it comes time to look for another vehicle soon!

All work I have had done through them has been exceptional, they were able to get my AC fixed with several upgrades for a few hundred less than originally quoted. Will definitely come back to this exceptional service department.

I recommend this dealer. I recently got screwed over by State Line Nissan. I told Max Motors my complaints and they literally got me in a used vehicle and I highly satisfied with the customer service and finance department. They went above and beyond to make sure I got a vehicle. I will never shop anywhere but Max Motors. This is my second vehicle I have purchased from them.

We drove here from Wichita because they had the best price on the truck we wanted! They stayed after hours to make the sale with us and worked with us despite a wiring issue with the bank. Shawn was the salesman who helped us out and he was very responsive. We had a great experience!

I love my new car that I just bought at Max Motors in Butler!!! I had an incredibly smooth car buying experience which allowed me to feel excited about buying a new car instead of overwhelmed and pressured. I worked with Shawn Roberts, he listened to exactly what I wanted and needed in a car. I also want to should out Anthony for being thorough when filling out the paperwork and Dallas the sales manager for his honest communication and overseeing the whole process. I’ll be very frank here when I say ive had years of experience at this dealership. I’ve had trucks sitting in the lot for several months at a time waiting for repairs to be made. I will also say that it is not the diesel mechanic’s fault either. This dealership needs a serious overhaul. No space to get any work done, very crowded and snug in all of the service bays. Hardly any waiting areas as well on site. I would never expect your vehicle back same day even on an oil change. Again this is not any of the on site staff or on site mechanic/techs responsibility. This fully lies on the service manager and up roles. I will say that the techs and advisors here are amazing and when they end up with your vehicle, they do a phenomenal job. They take pictures of failures, work with warranty companies etc. Rusty their diesel mechanic deserves a hefty raise and an applause for all the stuff he works on and delegates professionally.
