I don't understand why this Walmart pharmacy has to be told every time I need an Rx refill that it has to be shipped. Doesn't their computer system tell them that? I was told when I signed up for home delivery it would. Or can't the technicians read? plus my doctor changed a diabetic Rx and they never filled it. Good thing I had to call in a refill!! Ridiculous. Apparently the employees there need retraining. I should have picked a different pharmacy.

It's mind blowing how a store can do a complete remodel making more shelf space and yet standard items are discontinued in the store.

I think the people that work there are very nice. They are always there when I needed them. They showed me where it was. Not just tell me .... (It is over there in...) Keep up the great job Buffalo Walmart.

We were at Walmart tonight when the tornado sirens were going off and had to take cover in the hallway by the restrooms. THANKS SO MUCH to the lady who were handing out mask, who made sure the kids had a coloring book and crayons to color since they were worried and scared. Hope you see this and hopefully you know you definitely were recognized. It was MUCH appreciated.

We were at Wal-Mart buying pellets and the register added the sales tax. My husband politely told the cashier that sales tax doesn't apply to fuel pellets. When a customer buys 25 bags of fuel pellets totalling $129.50 don't ask them if it's that big of a deal to pay the sales tax when you can't figure out how to remove the sales tax. My husband told her that it is a big deal and she finally called a manager over to fix it. I guarantee she wouldn't throw away $10 just because someone doesn't want to take the time to correct the mistake.

Stop in, pick up a couple things in the pharmacy area, and there I see RuthAnn Goodman-Altenreid, working in the pharmacy. They keep asking me to switch from my pharmacy to them, but when they hide people in the pharmacy instead of dealing with them, I do not want someone who both personally and their family publicly spews racist taunts touching anything of my medicine. So sad that Wal-Mart refuses to take action, and just tries to sweep this all under the rug. I am going to report this to the SPLC and let them know that this Wal-Mart has a now hiring sign for White nationalists. Will not shop there again until the racists are cleaned out.

It's appalling that this store would not care about it's image in the community and still keep a known racist who has put up hareful and vulgar racist sign on her property openly for the world to see and who participated in violence against a family with a bi-racial child of Mexican American decent. If the management of this store does not take action it will reflect badly on the Wal-Mart brand further tarnishing their name.
