Blew a trailer tire while traveling thru Buffalo, pulled into Phillips and Sons Tire Service they got me in and out with a new tire in several minutes at an extremely fair price. Would definitely recommend!

Took my 2022 Cadillac Escalade in to get my flat tire fixed. Lee Phillips was rude and unprofessional. He said he would not work on it due to it being too nice of a vehicle. I told him he had fixed it before and he argumentatively said there is no way he would have fixed it the time before, but he did. If you have a newer car that needs a flat tire fixed, I do not recommend going to him just to be turned away in a rude manner.

A special thank you to the guys that worked on my tire today, replacing the valve stem. My corvette is a 2000, and for a bit, I thought I would have a hard time getting the part. Went to Oreillys to get the sensor and they had many different ones. Went back to Phillips, where they broke the tire down to give me the part, to insure I got the right one. Got the right part and the corvette lives to ride many more days! I can’t tell you much I appreciated all that you guys did today! After today, I am a Phillips tire fan! Thank You Again!!

Got a wheel alignment done, only took an hour, which was really surprised most places are not that fast. And was greeted with excellent customer service and took car of the old car. Would highly recommend!

I was very impressed, with the service here, I got new tires on the front plus an, alignment, and a new tire on back I had previously gotten which I had a nailed in it. They had found, plus show to me.. I couldn't be any happier. Thank you for the professionalism, fast, friendly service.

I have used Phillips and Simmons tire service multiple times and have not been disappointed. They are friendly and very very quick to get me in and out every time I buy tires.

By far the fastest service I have ever gotten at a tire shop. 2 new tires mounted and balanced, in and out in 10 minutes, and 5 of those minutes were my fault.
