They don't have after hours support. They have had system errors repeatedly in the past few months putting off my access to my money when I needed it. The app was supposed to be a nice addition instead it's made things more complicated

forced a new app to access bank info as you can never reach a person, no support after hours. don't waste your time with this awful bank, I would rate it a zero as it's not even worth 1 star.

Very Helpful. Maegan Roberts, Customer Svc , and the Fraud dept have been very kind and helpful. I appreciate the non robot system this bank provides. They provide real humans and real bank service and quality.Thankyou

Worst bank I've ever done business with, stay away, no after hours support of any kind, have left several voice messages, never got a call back. try talking to them at drive through no help at all, just a poor attitude.would rate it a zero but no option.

this bank is the worst to deal with when making online.transactions, and beat part is they don't have a fraud line the runs after hours.and when you can call them, they don't know what to do. go with chime or credit union. stay far away from this bank.

We use many of their services: savings, personal-checking, business-checking and mortgage. We appreciate the service, courteous-staff and honest handling of our money. The deposit-by-cellphone is one of my favorite features that O'Bannon Bank offers!

I was pleased with the loan rep that my company had. I was always glad to work with the tellers, but I cannot completely recommend this business. I know they have a long history in Buffalo and have served the community faithfully, but I would encourage caution before working with them. I’m not saying “stay away” or “don’t do business with them.” I believe that there are many exceptional men and women that work for them. However, the company that I work for was not pleased with them at the end of the day. You will get to interact with great folks that work here. Our issues as a company did lead us to other places. In many aspects, they do things well. I encourage individuals to shop around Buffalo before taking business here.

worst bank I have ever done business with, first they get rid the ability to control your own money and card, then send you to an app where you only see transactions and, they have zero support for after hours. take your money to infuze, western, or any other bank, that actually has support for both regular hours and after hours and gives you control of your own money and where you want to spend it. honestly would give zero stars.

Do not put your money in this bank. They mess your accounts up then tell you its your fault .when you come up to get it taken care of they do the same thing then end up taking more money from your account to fix the same problem that they caused

I love my bank . All of the ladies there will bend over backwards to help in everyway necessary to make all your banking needs easier. Yes i will say it again , I Love O'Bannon Bank.

Fast and very friendly
