This business is the definition of small town hospitality. Customer service is A+! I've had issues in the past with other propane companies before, but MFA is a breath of fresh air. When I need to call them reguarding my tanks, they are always punctual, extremely friendly, and fast; making the entire experiance hassle and worry free. Thank you MFA!

Moved to the area and have been in contact with them for a month trying to get a new tank set. At that time she told us it would be 4-5 weeks. It has been one excuse after another. Two weeks before move in she tells us it’s going to be another 4-5 weeks. One star is too good.

UNRELIABLE!! This is the only appropriate word I can use to describe this location. From pumps not working or leaking fuel to the lady inside telling me my $600-$700 in fuel can wait till her manager is off the phone from a meeting to pulling up and the computers/Card readers are off-line and don’t work, I have gotten fuel here on a few occasions with no issue but lately it’s been nothing but issues! Calling their maintenance resolves nothing. I can promise you this I will bypass your location and get my fuel anywhere else from this point forward.

Just moved to Buffalo in August and had to fill our tank, so went to MFA and we were very pleased. The ladies at the front desks were super nice and really informative. A little late on the review, but I'm happy with my experience with them and would definitely recommend.
