Took our boat to them last summer to determine what was wrong with it. Due to having an inboard/outboard motor the seats and entire back interior had to be removed. It was determined the work needed to repair our boat would be well over $3,000. We could not afford to repair it at that time and asked them to put it back together. We made multiple phone calls and attempts to pick the boat up but it was still not put back together. After having our boat completely torn apart and left out in the elements for nearly a year it was picked up this month and is still completely in pieces. All the seats are completely cracked and dried out. We had always kept our boat in a shed or covered throughout the winter. So now the seats are destroyed. I have never experienced such horrible customer service and will be taking our business elsewhere.

You guys saved us Today! I CAN NOT say thank you enough. We were desperate and passing thru. They took us right in, knew what was wrong immediately and fixed it! Aaannnddd did NOT try and mess us around. Thank you everyone at Brunswick Auto. Oh and make sure to give Marco and Molly some love when you are there!
