“I make the extra drive to this location for the service and small town feel. Weird that it is now right beside a huge Amazon warehouse, but guess the times are a changin'.”

“There are five letters that represent the reason for my five star review. And they are “Joyce”. It’s so incredibly rare to receive overwhelmingly great customer service anymore, but Joyce should be training all service employees across the globe. She helped me in multiple ways, when she didn’t have to, and did it all while she was juggling multiple customers and things taking place all at the same time.”

“I have used the UPS store in Republic several times for different purposes. I have utilized their shipping services and their shredding services. Every experience has been great. I'm not using them for printing services for my small business. Robyn and her team are always willing to help however they can. I highly recommend them.”

“I love the small-town Billings Post Office. This historical building stands proud on the main thoroughfare as you drive through Billings. “This is a great service! I brought an item (brochure for my father's funeral at Arlington National Cemetery) and "Kelly" quickly recommended the best kind of paper and format for it. It looked beautiful and it was turned out in very quick time, while I waited. This was on a Sunday, and Kelly was the only staff on hand. She helped me and another woman at the same time. We were both delighted with the service and expertise.”

“I love the Willard, MO post office. The workers are pleasant and helpful. There is a handicapped parking place and an outside door opener push panel for disabled folks like me. Our rural route postman for Farm Road 81 is the best, in my opinion. ❤️”

“One particular person I’d like to thank for helping me out when she had no reason to, is Melba. I came right at closing with an urgent predicament, and she was kind enough to devote several minutes of her time off the clock to helping me out. I recognize how difficult of a job working for the postal service can be and it would be an immediate priority to head straight home after a long day, but still, she was generous enough to help a stranger out. Much appreciation to Melba, and to her superiors, give her a raise or promotion! She deserves it.”
