“This is a great little office, the clerk here is so sweet, and they have great inventory of stamps, even ones that have been sold out of larger offices. Offices such as this are a treasure.”

“We did our family of 6 passports here. The lady upfront was super helpful and very patient with us while we filled forms for the kids and ourselves. She was also super nice when my one year old didn't want to cooperate for his photo. Def will be using here for all our future passport needs.”

“I was desperately needing a package sooner than it was scheduled to be delivered. DJ and his supervisor were extremely helpful and tracked down the package for me. I was able to get the package that day instead of waiting for it to be delivered. Thank you!”

“I love the small-town Billings Post Office. This historical building stands proud on the main thoroughfare as you drive through Billings. The rustic color represented in the brick structure, the mesmerizing teal under-panel girding the front windows, and the cobbled blacktop parking lot, all lend themselves to the vibe of eccentric yesteryear. “This location is close to my appartment allows for package drop off (I had prepaid postage packages to send out). There are blue letter drop off boxes available in the parking lot too. No usual retail services are available though.”

“I had a package that was late and I came by to get some assistance. Barbara was able to identify why my package was late, contacted the facility, and gave me a call confirming the package was out for delivery. Rare top notch service with the amount of volume they do every day.”

“Not really sure why there are tons of negative reviews about any particular location. These locations are here to help you with packages that were unable to be delivered. I have a lot of these as I require my merchandise to be signed for. I don't necessarily love having to go to the Bennett location to pick up my mail but the people there are nice and they do the job I'm asking them to do. James is someone who always has a smile on his face, and always knows exactly where my package is.

Big thanks to everyone at the Bennett location. I appreciate each of you.”
