Since it was our first car we had many questions and he did a great job at explaining the process, what we were signing on and if there was any confusion he cleared it up and did it with a smile on his face! Great service, environment and I felt very confident walking out the door with the keys to a new vehicle for us! He was very patient with us, even went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase. We felt bad because we arrived close to them closing, with calling ahead to make sure it would be alright if we arrived a little close to their closing time. Blake was more than happy to let us come in! He was happy to see us and help! We walked out of there very happy with our purchase and even more so to have had someone take care of us so well! “We received quite the impressive coupon in the mail for our Acura family SUV. The oil change coupon and free tire alignment was heavily discounted in order to encourage business. Well it worked! Luckily I was able to make our appointment for three days in the future and the representative was very efficient and clear. The parking lot is jam packed and we weren't really expecting that. There are cars on all sides of the building and entrances and exits are not very wide in fact they are quite narrow. We have used a dealership in the past our old location but this dealerships thoroughness was top-notch. My husband was floored to get an actual video tape of the technician under his vehicle showing him the status of all aspects of the vehicle in a very comprehensive and transparent approach. Dealerships sometimes get a bad rap for over selling services that might not be needed. This dealership did not do that in the least. It is paramount tour family that are vehicle be in tiptop shape and this is the dealership to get the vehicle in that shape. We were actually astounded at how much we learned about our vehicle and how easy the process was. After reviewing the tape we are able to easily select yes or no to the items that were recommended by the technician. Because everything was so clear we opted to have everything that was recommended replaced. Normally we would be somewhat skeptical of a dealership experience but this dealership experience was the best we've ever had”

“The auto body staff here made my Tesla Model 3 look like brand new after a deer jumped out in front of me and completed bashed in the front passenger door, window, front bumper, and headlight area. Kyle was great to deal with, whole process was seamless, and they worked with Progressive to get me taken care of. Parts arrived relatively quick! Hopefully won’t have to my car worked on again due to deer damage (fingers crossed) but I know where I’ll be taking my Tesla for any future auto body repairs. “You know buddies has a great selection and everything else and then places really neat and clean for being a salvage yard one thing though it's 2024 and the fact that they will not accept your identification pictures on your phone front and back of license even still able to scan the back barcode and yet they're pulling this if you don't have a physical ID on your person you can't go in and buy any parts? You know I was busy working on a vehicle so yeah I don't have my wallet on me all I made the trip out there to be disappointed . It's a salvage yard not the court house.”
