Stopped by while on a road trip. Had a delicious deli sandwich on fresh baked bread. Husband had the grilled pork loin sandwich, it was delicious. Great quality and great service. It is a deli, not a full restaurant. There is seating for a few people.

Staff was very warm and inviting. Let us sample selections before we decided on what we wanted. The attention to detail was outstanding. Food was DELICIOUS!!! Will definitely return with more people in the near future.

Perfect sandwich. I’m vegetarian but the tomato and lettuce and pickles were so fresh and perfect. Got mine on perfect soft fresh rye bread 10000/10 would recommend

This place is heaven sent! We are moving from CA to GA and driving cross country with our two pups. We happened to pull off at this exit for gas and spotted The Farmhouse. We knew immediately we had to try it. We are sick of fast food since that’s all you can find most places along the route. The Farmhouse is delicious!!!!! And that feels like an understatement. We scarfed our sandwiches down (so no photos of those), but they were fresh, healthy, and hit the spot!! Then we just had to try their ice cream, it was also exceptional!!! We had a great chat with the owner, he and the staff are all very friendly, hospitable, and kind! They were so sweet to us and our pups. Thank you all again for a delicious meal, much appreciated!! For anyone in this area or passing through, make sure to stop! This was such a nice reprieve to have a fresh, nutritious meal, and knowing the ingredients are grown/raised locally, cannot recommend enough!!

I was passing through in my semi parked at the Casey's. Stopped by to get some meat telling the ladies I parked at the Casey's and forgot my pork chop when I was putting away my stuff in the fridge I realized it so I started back over to get it and a young lady was heading over to find me with it. Thank you very much for the kind employee's you have working.

We were driving from Kansas City to Hannibal MO and stopped in Brookfield to stretch our legs and stopped at The Farmhouse Butcher Shop and Deli.
The atmosphere is that of an old time butcher shop. The staff was very helpful and enjoyed our conversation with the owner Phillip.
My wife had the Chicken Noodle Soup and I had the Roast Beef Sandwich special both of which were delicious.
If you’re traveling on Highway 36 The Farmhouse is a must stop.
I only wish I was traveling with a freezer as I spotted a Beef Brisket I would love to put on my smoker at home.

Great place to stop and get a fresh deli sandwich! Very reasonably priced and a great selection to choose from, plus numerous drink / dessert choices! Would definitely recommend!

Best sandwiches and food hands down! Traveling from TN to Nebraska, but a quick stop here was the best decision we made. Wonderful atmosphere, amazing service, warm hospitality!

I was recommended by a fellow colleague of mine to come visit Farmhouse while in town. I would say that there are a lot of good reasons to visit this place.First off they have really tasty freshly made sandwiches. You have the option to highly customize these sandwiches, with plentiful quality ingredients, and you get a very good sized sandwich. I would say depending the ingredients you choose, the average sandwich will run you about $6-8.Secondly, they have a great selection of meat. I heard the meat does come from the owners farm. The meat does also happen to be reasonably priced.And third they do have plenty other options in store to look at. I personally was intrigued by the baked goods they had, I believe they had raw local honey, an array of the sauces that they used and other ones, they also had a freezer section including frozen seafood, and also a large drink fridge and snacks.And the ladies that work here are incredibly friendly and hospitable. This place is 100% worth stopping in for.

Awesome place, great food, amazing value! Customer service deserves 10 stars!! We happened upon this lovely place during a roadtrip from CO to TN. we almost stopped at Subway, SOOOOOOO glad we saw it. They were less expensive and a million times better. Plus they have a quaint shop with tastey treats and gifts.

Stopped for lunch on a road trip. Wonderful sandwiches made with quality meats and cheeses in generous portions. The soups were perfectly done, and the variety satisfied even the picky one.

This is a good place to grab a sandwich. They have several meats and cheeses sliced when you order it. They also sell fresh and frozen meat that looks good. This place is owned by several local farmers. Friendly staff. Strongly recommend stopping here if you are passing thru. It’s across the street from the Casey’s.
