Excellent service and was willing to help me get the best that I could get out of my taxes. Everyone in the office was super friendly and got me in and out in a lot less time than what I thought it was going to take. They explained everything that I needed to know about my taxes for the current year and what to do to help improve them for the following year

I have used h and r block sense I was in my 20's at different locations of course but this year I changed locations and had the worst experience ever the clear lack of communication between office colleagues caused delay and taxes being filed wasted time and re-uploading documents and just a general non-communication I did forget to give them my new phone number but called the very next day and gave it to them even though it was a simple forms and files I feel like the price was outrageous
